phenix.fetch_pdb -x <pdb_id>

(which gives you a CIF file, but I think these must be the same thing,
just with different extensions.)

For the really impatient:

phenix.fetch_pdb --all --mtz <pdb_id>

will collect the PDB file, the FASTA sequence, and the structure
factors, and create an MTZ file with phenix.cif_as_mtz.  (This is in
the GUI too, of course.)
